We have special wristbands available at the gate for kids with space to write the parents phone number on them. If a child is separated from their parents we will call the number written on their wristband to locate.

Photo ID is required in order to receive a verified 18+ wristband. This wristband allows you to purchase alcoholic beverages from the three Village Brewery bars, the Freak Show Bar (if you have a VIP pass) and the Cannabis Consumption Site.
Yes. However it can only be consumed in the designated smoking area, unless you have medical reasons to smoke onsite.

The Fast & The Furriest Wiener-Dog Dash is a race to help raise donations for the Alberta Dachshund Rescue. Competitors will race for the Button Cup and generous prizes from VCA Canada. Not only is it a race, but it’s a parade and costume contest.
There's no entry fee to participate and as long as you have a Dachshund, anyone can enter. Each registered participant receives complimentary Circle entries for two handlers on Saturday, September 14, 2019 only. If you want to attend on Friday, you must purchase a Friday entry pass.

All Circle performers, including headliners, are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refunds will be issued if a festival performer is changed or canceled.
Please note that cameras are permitted, however, professional video and audio recording equipment is not permitted unless you are designated media.

Our lost and found tent is located near the information kiosk, close to the site's main entrance. It will be a pleasure for us to return any and all lost items. However, if your belongings have not been recovered, please contact us at info@circlecarnival.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the lost items and a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
Circle Carnival will take place rain or shine. Please be sure to check the weather prior to coming to Circle. If there’s a high chance of rain we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket, warm clothes and hats.
Please note that severe weather conditions may temporarily interrupt some concerts/activities. Please stay tuned to our social media for up-to-date information. As indicated in our purchase agreement, no exchange or refunds will be provided following your purchase.
Circle is committed to providing a positive experience for people with reduced mobility and disabilities.
There is a dedicated paved path for guests with reduced mobility to use to move seamlessly from one area of the festival ground to the other.
Restricted toilets for guests with reduced mobility will be available on the site.
Aid helpers are not required to pay an entrance fee.
Medical staff will be present on site.
Please be sure to bring all prescribed medication you may need.
Please monitor your consumption of alcohol and be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Make sure to take breaks from the sun if needed.
Circle works with Green Event services to reduce all waste onsite. All food and drink is served using compostable or recyclable materials. We do not allow the sale of water bottles from our vendors. All patrons are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle and fill up onsite.
Patrons are requested alternate modes of transportation such as bikes and Calgary transit.
Circle is located at 1220 9 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 2C4 in downtown Calgary.
The absolute easiest way to access Circle is by taking the C-Train to the Kerby Station. Our front gate is a less than a 4 minute walk away.
You sure can. We will have ample bike racks on location for you to lock up to.
There is no Circle designated public parking available. However there is standard street parking nearby and some public parkades located at 1313 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T3C 3P9 or 1220 9 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1J7. We recommend taking alternate modes of transportation such public transportation and biking. We will have bike racks available to lock your bikes.

Non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased from one of the food truck vendors. Attendees are encouraged to bring an empty clear plastic or reusable water bottle with them on site, and water refill stations will be provided. You may be asked to empty their bottle before entering the festival.
No alcohol may be brought in from outside.
Village Brewery will have three bars you can visit onsite. If you have a VIP Pass, there will be spirits available for purchase in the VIP Freak Show Bar. The legal drinking age in Alberta is 18 years old. If you are planning on consuming alcohol at the festival, please bring two (2) valid pieces of ID and be sure to drink responsibly.
Circle patrons are permitted allowed to bring snacks for personal consumption (ex: a granola bar). Meals, sandwiches, coolers or lunch boxes are not allowed on the site (unless there are dietary restrictions are a concern).
The Ramada Plaza Calgary Downtown has graciously provided Circle Carnival friends, fans and guests with a special Carnival rate of $89 per night (plus taxes and fees).
